Shipping policy

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your order may take 2-3 business days (M-F) to be filled prior to shipping, but we do aim to ship sooner than that time frame.

Free shipping for RETAIL orders over $1,000 shipped within the U.S. Actual shipping cost is charged for international orders at time of checkout. Please note that if you are in the EU, you will need to pay customs - duties fees at time of delivery / pickup. 

Shipping to a Different Address
In order to ship to a different address (other than your billing address), make sure to indicate the specific address for shipping in the checkout process.

International Orders/Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to a variety of countries. If you are trying to purchase from another country and have any issues at checkout, please email us for assistance.

All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, and are calculated at checkout based on weight. Please check with your countries customs dept to determine if you will be responsible for customs import fees/taxes. In most cases, we see orders less than $200 USD shipping USPS mail go through without any issues/additional fees, but we cannot guarantee this. If your country does charge fees for the import, they are the customer's responsibility.

Our Shipping cost covers shipping and handling which covers items such as the order being pulled, instructions, baggies and envelopes.
